Hello. I am Dr. Keith Lynch. My story in Chiropractic started when I was 11 years old. I was playing Pop Warner football when I was hit from behind. My head was thrown to the side and I saw stars. I had tremendous head and neck pain and I could not turn my head to the side. I tried using ice on my neck, muscle ointments and pain pills, but the pain was still there. My mother brought me to her doctor Monday morning before school. This doctor examined my neck, took some films, and then "adjusted" my neck. The adjustment didn't hurt, it actually felt good. My neck felt immediately better and I could turn my head and neck without pain.

That experience stuck with me and I eventually went to work as an assistant for a local chiropractor. I saw so many miracle cases that I had decided to become a chiropractor. After graduating from Rutgers University I moved to Marietta, Georgia to attend Life University where I earned my doctorate in chiropractic. I moved to central Virginia with my wife Terry in 1998 and went into private practice in Charlottesville.

I have studied the techniques and methods of the most effective doctors in chiropractic. I became board certified in Atlas Orthagonal through Sherman College of Chiropractic, under Dr. Roy Sweat, named chiropractor of the year in 1999 by the International Chiropractic Association.

I have received my certification from Dr. John Brimhall in his 6 steps to wellness protocol. Dr. Brimhall has identified the factors that can trigger or re-trigger pinched nerves or subluxation. I use his systematic approach to help my patients achieve a level of health that was previously unattainable.

I look forward to meeting and working with you. Please share your health goals and expectations with me so that I can give you my recommendations on how we can reclaim your health together.

                                                                                                  Sincerely, Dr. Keith P. Lynch
